Mr. Chung Wai Shing, CEO of MentalCare Connect, wrote an article titled “快樂的煩惱-交稅” for Columnists of etnet. The article mentioned that Social Enterprise in Hong Kong needed to bear heavy and extra costs in operations, but there are no tailored measures to support. It was pointed out that different arrangements in taxation relief could facilitate the growth of Social Enterprise.
