MentalCare Connect Anniversary Celebration – “創業15週年回饋大抽獎”

MentalCare Connect has started up as social enterprise for 15 years. As a taken of thanks to the appreciation and support from our customers, MentalCare Connect organizes a lucky draw named “創業15週年回饋大抽獎” from 1/10/2017 to 30/11/2017. Customers can acquire one raffle for every HK$50 purchase in the following stores. Each purchase can entitle to a redemption of a maximum of 3 raffle tickets.

顧客須保留抽獎券正本作領獎之用，任何遺失或損毀，恕不補發。抽獎券副本恕不接受。抽獎結果將在2017年12月15日於星島日報、英文虎報及公司網頁內公佈。

每次最多可換領抽獎券3張。

中獎者必須於2018年1月15日前於辦公時間內致電登記，並於限期內持抽獎券正本前往「樂協」社團優惠坊領獎。得獎者如未能於限期內領獎，將被視為放棄獎品。

「樂協」社團優惠坊現金券將以固定面額發放而有關現金券只適用於「樂協」社團優惠坊及不可兌換現金。

所有禮品恕不兌換作現金或換成其他禮品；亦不設退換。

顧客明白及接納部份禮品並非由「明途聯繫有限公司」提供，故「明途聯繫有限公司」對有關產品 (包括但不只限於其質素及保養) 毋須負上任何法律上的責任。
