MentalCare’s 10th Anniversary Banquet

The 10th Anniversary Banquet was held on August 24, more than 200 representatives from government departments, business and social enterprise sectors attended. Mr. Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, JP, the Secretary for Labor and Welfare officiated the ceremony and delivered a speech.
