- When registered, winner will be contacted by the Company for prize redemption, winner must present the original winning ticket to Administration Department of MentalCare Connect Company Limited at Room 1205-1207, 12/F., Glorious Sun Group Building, 97 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon on or before 30 October 2012.
- Late redemption will be forfeited. All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
