The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries organised a networking talk, supported by Solomon Financial Press Limited on Jul 4 2019, titled “Governance Challenges in Social Enterprises & Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs)” for its members. Mr. Chung Wai Shing, CEO of “MentalCare Connect”, was one of the invited Guest of Honour to share his views and experiences in handling governance challenges in the industry.
