“Supportive Family-friendly Good Employer” of Good Employer Charter 2024

The “Good Employer Charter 2024 Presentation Ceremony”, organized by Labour Department, was held on 24 September 2024 (Tuesday) at Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong (Crystal Ballroom), Tsim Sha Tsui. Featuring the “Supportive Family-friendly Good Employer” theme, Good Employer Charter 2024 aims to continuously encourage employers of different trades and scales to adopt employee-oriented and progressive good human resource management practices. Employers should also formulate family-friendly employment policies by assessing different family responsibilities borne by their employees and help them fulfil their work and family needs simultaneously to create a family-friendly harmonious workplace.

MentalCare Connect was recognised to be a signatory of the Good Employer Charter 2024 for pledging to adopt employee-oriented good HK management practices. Mr. Dobe Wong, Senior Manager (Administration & Quality Assurance) of “MentalCare Connect”, represented the Company and received the Award.
